Trade-in value for the ring is $1,999. It can be traded-up for any item in the store twice that amount or more. The bands of the ring are damaged however all diamonds are intact and unharmed. We have spoken to Helzbergs and trading it in damaged is not an issue since the value is in the diamonds. All documentation received from them will be provided, including insurance replacement value which was $2,249 in 1998 (might be more now with the price of gold). Pictures are available of the ring and documents upon request.The ring is 18K gold with 1/3 carat round center cut diamond (color HIJ, clarity SI2-I1) and 18 princess cut diamonds totaling .68 carat.
