Julian 917 821 XXXX 2005 Honda Civic LX 4-door sedan (Grey) - manual 5 speed - 126k miles FEATURES - New clutch and transmission put in - end of 2011 (1.25 years ago) - Timing belts/spark plugs/valve adjustments done - in Fall 2011 - CD player, AC, Power windows/doors RECENT WORK - Oil changed very recently (March 2013) - Smog Check done - successful pass - (January 2013) - Alignment done 1.25 years ago - aprx $2,700 in maintenance done in last 3 months of 2011 OTHER - Clean title, no pets, no smoking - It's ready to go, engine runs great, everything works PRICING Asking $5,300 within stanford network (due to ease of transaction, trust etc) - based on Kelly Blue Book value of around $5,700 http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/368417XXXX.html
