Alexander 103 french horn

Description:
An older Alex 103 (post-WWII) that is in good shape. There is a very tiny patch that you can see in one of the photos, but in general, the metal is solid. It comes with a very nice Meinl (spun) flare. The original will be included, but it’s not in the greatest shape.The horn is unlacquered, has a flipper/hand rest, and comes in a new Protec flat case, which is a lot lighter than the older models. I’m also including a Paxman and Alexander mouthpiece located in the inside pouch underneath the flares. Both mouthpieces work well and are Euro shank, so I won’t have any use for them. Valves are clean and have some pop left. It really has a great sound, but I enjoy playing my Yamaha better and need to give this horn a proper home. I can provide a short sample video if interested.
