This chair was made in 1895, and was made by Driscal Bros of Utica, NY. It transforms from a Chair to a brief step ladder in a 2nd, simply by picking it up by the seat. I contacted the Keno bros with antique roadway show and they said that it would deserve approx $250-$300 in excellent shape. It requires a little work, but the cost of $50. is fair. Extremely unique.
