Canon PowerShot SD 1300 IS Digital ELPH 12.1MP 4x Digital Camera Blue As partsThe lens does not close and open and the screen also does not display anything when system power is turned on. You can see from the last picture that the lens seems stuck and half open no matter power is on or off. I am mot sure what is the issue. Cosmetically is in fair used condition, with some minor Scratches and wear On The Surface. The Battery, charger and the memory card are not included. See pictures for details.
