This is an old four-post foot- & head-board set with the pineapple design which was so popular in the nineteenth & early twentieth centuries. Originally made for a "3/4" bed.I have actually connected (detachable) adapter boards, so I could bolt it to my conventional FULL size bed frame. This set is rather heavy. It's not pine, like the modern knockoffs.I'm unsure exactly what sort of wood it's made of. Asking $70. Required to get it from my garage! Call us at (734) three 4 absolutely no 5 eight 8 two.
