The playscape is in very efficient shape. The bottom step broke off. We put a longer stringer on it to accommodate the slope in the yard. The bottom part of the stairs might be cut off to fit on level yard. Kindly view pictures. It is screwed together, so it can be broken down into smaller pieces to move it. Buyer has to move, but I could assist tear a part and load depending upon my schedule. The slide is not broken, simply on a slope. It has not been utilized it years and the children have actually out grown it.
