DEER - ELK - MOOSE - BEAR - PIGS - LAMBS -BEEF and SAUSAGESI do one animal at a time that way there are no mix ups.Sanitation is a top priority>I process your animals for a fair price or if you want to help and learn at the same time the price will be less.Your cuts are labeled with the same name as you find in the grocery store ( that makes it easier for you or your lady) not just "BACK STRAP" YOU GET-Filet Mignon, New York AND Rib Eye ETC.Everything is double wrapped in plastic- this eliminates freezer burn----NO BUTCHER PAPER, because you cant get the air out and you WILL GET FREEZER BURNED MEAT if you dont eliminate the air but if you insist on freezer paper you can have it.Air is the same to meat as water is to steel--it causes oxidation and that is freezer burn.If you want it aged I have a walk in cooler.Sanitation is a must--I will treat you animal with the same respect that you do--I always find a few hairs and I will pick them off instead of grinding them into your burger like the other guys.I do everything boneless because its cleaner but I can do it bone in if you want.I offer special cuts like cuttlets / cube steak (no junk in these) , I can sliced some of your meat thin if you want to make your own jerky , stir fry meat , chile meat (coars ground) .I can also make several style sausages--German , Kilbasa , Sweadish potato etc and smokies / hunters stix --I can smoke the LAST 2 or you can do them yourself.Your animal will be weighed when delivered and again when picked up.
