THERE'S A FEW SMALL STAINS ON THE SOFA LOUNGE THAT CAN BE REMOVED AND A COUPLE SMALL AREAS ON THE SOFA THAT CAN USE A LITTLE REPAIR. THEY ARE ALL IN DECENT CONDITION, BUT NOT BRAND NEW. THEY ARE ALL IN THE BROWN FAMILY OF COLOR AND THE MAIN SOFA TURNS INTO A BED WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE MATTRESS. ALL SOFAS HAVE NOT BEEN EXPOSED TO SMOKING. ALSO, FOR SALE BUT NOT MENTIONED IN THE POSTING TITLE IS A FUTON WITH FOLD OUT TABLES AT BOTH ENDS. IF INTERESTED THE PRICE FOR THE FUTON IS ONLY $85.00.
