We have a beautiful cherry wood mantle with a black electric fireplace in it. The fireplace illuminate like real fire and it has a good heater integrateded. It comes with a remote to regulate the heater, the "fire" and the speed that the fire "burns". The mantle can be set into a corner or along a flat wall - see pictures. The blower in it works wonderful and it can heat a best sized room quickly. The mantle is all strong wood - it is among the nicer fire place devices instead of the cheapo ones that are being made and offered today. We are just selling it because we do not have a place for it in our brand-new home. So despite loving it and not wanting to do away with it - we need to let it go.
