Lens, Boom Mic, Case original box, 2 Batteries that still hold charged. I actually still thinking on sending it to sony to take care of. Have no time as of now and could be an excellent starter for videographer after some TLC!Bads is Screen is black and looks like where the Mini DVS go needs to be cleaned.This was my best Camcorder.
