This is an extremely stylish looking antique buffet here. It is made of oak with hand carving on the door and drawers, with lion head draws and a mirror on top of the buffet piece. It is signed on the back J. Davis and Company Ltd., London, England. I could discover absolutely nothing on the computer system about the company, but the company did state that the street noted on the indication on the back of this piece would have been very well kept in mind for furnishings in the 1800s. It is on sale until June 15, 2014 for $975.00. You can purchase this piece and see at Booth # 613 at Collector's Antique Mall, 211 Sunset Ave., Asheboro, NC 27203. The store hours are Monday with Thursday, 10 a.m. up until 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Thanks for looking at this buffet.
