M. Martial Redon was a designer of limoges china. His business was started in 1858. The markings on this plate (MR, Limoge France) date it in between 1891-1896. This beautiful plate measures 93/8" across and has scalloped edges. The base is repainted with a really pale lemon-lime cream color. It's cut with a pale green ban, that is laid out in gold with pink flowers perfectly spaced. Outstanding condition.
