This bed has been fantastic now that my daughter is a "tween" we're switching equipments. This absolutely has regular wear and tear (imagined) from being moved numerous times and made use of for about 5 years. The ladder can also be utilized on either side and there are some black marks from the ladder being on the left side for a while. There are some drawers that are harder to close and open than others and a few hardware pieces missing out on (can find them at any hardware store). Having moved this bed several times on my own I can state it's not as heavy and difficult to move as it might look. The bed comes off and then you just have 3 parts to move. I purchased this at Room Store for about $900 and am asking $300 however I will certainly consider any sensible offers. Bed mattress and bedding are not consisted of.
