I have an outdoor KidKraft Modern Outdoor Playhouse for sale. We got it and chose that we don't really need it ... and it's non-returnable! It's still brand new and in the initial box that it delivered in. You would need either a truck for an SUV for the box to fit in (it's a 4ft by 2ft by 18 inches box to give you a concept and I believe it's about 120lbs!).
