The nicest latest beatup looking guitar Ive ever seen ... plays just as well !! Hand made in the USA with American made elements not the Chinese trash u can discover online ... road case and strap included. The elements are slightly a compilation, however completion result is all Texas Sizzle! This certain example is a bit more of a constant example. The guitar was (is) a Fender 1960's Road Worn Stratocaster (circa 2012). I then set to work "upsetting" the body to appear like the wonderful SRV! After the correct amount of that, I nitrocellulose lacquer it as you see it now. I even woodburn the name on the back under the tremelo tooth cavity. Then I included a left-handed gold Stratocaster bridge assembly. All the gold hardware is brand name freshly-installed and new, and it's all USA-made. The tuners are 6-on-a-side Gold vintage tuners. The pickguard is single ply black and made in USA. The pickguard has the prism letters that SRV used most. The pickups and electronic devices are all the Fender factory Tex-Mex USA/CTS parts that included the guitar originally. The neck is also the factory Road Worn neck that I went a bit further to age and distress more like Stevie's. As you can see in one picture of the neck detached, I added the pencil neck date that matches his. The frets are jumbos and it plays very quickly. The guitar has mojo, vibe, sound and a feel and look that make it a terrific piece for your Strat toolbox. If you like SRV, you'll enjoy this! I will certainly be submitting a demonstration video of the guitar on You Tube soon. It is uncomplicated to play and actually sounds unbelievable.
