PotteryBarn Kids everything. Crib, mattress and conversion kit. My boy NEVER oversleeped this bed. I have it set up in the toddler design in his playroom in hopes he would sit in it like a sofa. He doesn't it's made use of to hold his stuffed animals. Mattress one side for infants/babies then you turn it to the opposite for toddler. The crib has a couple stratches from when we moved small. Everything is in terrific shape and looks incredible as it was simply essentially in my residence for looks and display of his baby crib set. I paid over $600 for everything. Asking $400.
