This sale is for 1 (ONE ONLY) Steelcase chair stamped with Metal Office Furniture Company.If you desire even more of these, I can provide a set of 4, however the sale is for one chair only.Great work for that commercial look, and made in the USA.In 1954 The Metal Office Furniture Company altered its name to Steelcase, and has been around since 1912, in Grand Rapids Michigan. These were taken apart, and repainted by the previous owner, and found with the upholstery pads removed for recovering.The previous owner never ever got to recovering the pads, so I presume this is initial vinyl.They are loadeded with coil springs and cotton batting.These are strong chairs, with domes of silence kind floor glides.Each chair has a rubber guard on back of seat top. The new gray paint is suitable, however does have a paint runs in spots.They could be used as is, if you reattach the vinyl covers on one seat bottom.Other covers need attention in spots.They are good rust free examples, and would recuperate prettty easy. Measurements.32 tall x 16.5 large x 20 deep with a 18.5 seat height.weight 16 pounds.
