Adorable little cabin offered Sept 23rd to October 31st for $1360 WiFi and all energies consisted of. Inquire for shorter stay. Owner seeks non smoking visitor for vacation rental. Great for moving visitor. Wood burning stove heat. Extremely good. Provided. Linens and dishes included. Parking on street above or off road at house next door 100 ft away. This one room personal cabin is rustic yet recently remodelled in a lovely method. There is a double bed in the bedroom with a terrific brand-new memory foam bed mattress and a twin bed in the major room for a third visitor. Fully provided little kitchen area and bath with shower. Delight in the outdoor fire pit (when there is not a fire ban) or the deck for relaxing in the mountain sun. This 300 sq ft cabin is mostly heated by the wood burning stove supplemented by a small electric heater. Fire wood supplied by two woodpiles within 50 feet. Room-- full size bed with brand-new memory foam mattress. Very comfy! Nightstand and dresser with mirror. Kitchen-- small kitchen in the main space consists of sink, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and small under-counter fridge. Main Room-- twin size bed by bay window, folding chair, wood burner, and a little bar by the cooking area sink. Restroom-- somewhat undersized shower, flush toilet, little sink with vanity, mirrored medication chest, and a small closet area. Warm water provided by a small warm water heater. Heat-- mostly by a wood burning stove supplemented with a little electrical heater. Two woodpiles within 50 ft . Charming little cabin in the "Downtown" Evergreen location. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the center of the action in Downtown Evergreen! Check out the Little Bear Saloon where lots of local and renowneded bands play. There are lots of shops, dining establishments, galleries, a winery and outdoor activities all year. Also walk to beautiful Evergreen Lake where they host weddings and events at the Evergreen Lake House. Bus to downtown Denver in 1 hour or drive yourself in 40 minutes. Bring your bike or borrow among your home mtb to check out downtown, the lake and the surrounding mountain parks. There are some great hiking or mountain bike trails ideal out the door. Lease a watercraft at the lake in summertime or ice skates in the winter season. If you like warm springs take a look at Idaho Springs Hot Springs Pool and Caves just 20 minutes away in the cool Colorado Mountains. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a brief 20 minute or 12 mile drive down a gorgeous canyon along Bear Creek. Echo Mountain, our local ski area is small however an excellent place to introduce yourself to Colorado skiing. A simple day drive to other ski areas-- Loveland, A-Basin, Keystone, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Ski Cooper.
