This is an antique American maple and walnut ladder-back or slat-back chair from the late 1800's or early 1900's.The seat is contoured and so are the curved slats, making it extremely comfy to sit in.It has new silk velvet striped furniture and new webbing.The 2 front legs are turned wood.The within cushioning is the initial equine hair. It has had a repair to one of the slats and is in great condition. It is a beauty. I am asking $170 or finest offer.
