Antique Military Leather Felt Plume Hat. This tall hat is felt wrapped with a brass flag emblem on the front as well as a cloth eagle designs. the plume is red feathers. The top has leather trim with brass lion heads, 1 of which has a tassle attached. The bottom has a leather belt. The brass emblem if 4 crossed flags surrounding an oval emblem with 2 crossed flags.
