I have a really old German Violin for sale. It is marked "Genuine Jan Kriml Made in Germany" on the inside. I can find nothing else marks on the violin itself. The part that holds the strings is marked "Kronotone Germany" and I have the documents for it but it's in German. It features the case, initial wax, bow and pitch pipeline. It will certainly need new strings. I began to play it and one string snapped. I have loosened all of them to trigger less stress. General everything appears to be in excellent shape but I am no professional on these. I have actually seen these sell up to $3300 online. As it is I am asking $400 but may take reasonable offers.
