This is a used item and it has minor scratches, microdents and a few stains, all of that does not affect playability. Upon arrival after shipping, the instrument's valves and slides must be oiled beforeplaying. If UPS shipping is careful, as usual, you can tell by the condition ofthe package on arrival. I ship it insured for the full amount. Show the trumpet to your teacher who will know if it needs any fine adjustments. It leaves here carefully packaged in a new, undamaged box.
