C.G. Conn Model 8D Professional Double French Horn SN 663018 EXCELLENT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This is a very nice Conn 8D Professional Double French Horn. WOW! The Conn 8D has been one of the most popular professional French horns on earth for over 40 years ever since it was introduced, and it is easy to see why. They have a big, bold sound that really lets you be heard over a section. This instrument is in good shape and has just been serviced. Rotors are fast, slides are good, and there are a definitely a few dings and scuffs, but nothing impacts the way it plays. Conn "CONNstellation" - Key of F/Bb, .468" bore, Kruspe wrap, 12-1/4" large throat nickel silver bell, all nickel silver construction, tapered rotors and bearings, mechanical change valve, adjustable lever bridge, clear lacquer finish.
