TV is in beautiful shape.Initially had this TV a few years ago and used it like crazy and it was by far the best way to play retro consoles with your old school Composite Y/R/W video connections and newer retro consoles with Component connections. One day it decided not to turn on and gave me the 7 blinking lights of death when you pressed the power button. I did some googling and found someone who had the same issue and took it into their own hands to fix and it worked for them, which involved a LOT of soldering. Luckily I am an experienced IT guy who knows how to solder so I tackled it with my bro-in-law and we cleaned it along the way and fully restored this TV from the brink of extinction. AND in doing this repair the way we did - it is "future proofed" in that if the issue were ever to happen again you can simply pop a new chip into the chip bed and feel comfortable and confident in doing so. I will give you the full rundown of how to do it upon pick up. Very simple and easy. You most likely will never have to preform such a repair but at least it has been streamlined for anyone to be able to do. I have provided replacement chips as seen in the photos, in case it does ever happen. My living situation has changed since originally obtaining it and I don't have room for it anymore.TV Connections - 2x S-Video / 4x Composite YRW / 2x Component / 1x DVI = 7 total inputs (See Photos) - Also including 1x monitor/audio output. On the edge of being a full-on HD TV before the HD TV Boom. It has the most up to date video connections as far as a CRT TV is concerned. I have never in my life seen these connections exist on a CRT until this one. Sadly it does NOT work with light gun games such as Time Crisis or Area 51. Something about this TV is just too new with the way it was made, it behaves as it would on a TV of today - which wouldn't work. It may be that the TV refresh rate is too much for the guns to work.Quite the anomaly this TV is.TV comes complete with stand and remote. All in working order and excellent condition.
