The RCA jacks are loose and slightly difficult to plug in and the sound from it sounds really off. I'd guess it needs a recap but ive got no idea. Sold as is. I can verify that it accepts input and that it can output to the headphone jack but i have not tested it with speakers. If you have any questions just ask, thanks!
