1966 King Master Silversonic Cornet

This is a nice King Master Silversonic Cornet, built in 1965 at the Eastlake Ohio facility. Medium .458 bore. S/N 439052. Features sterling silver engraved bell, inside bell is gold plated, 3rd valve finger hook, fine tuning ferrule on the adjustable tuning slide, 2 water keys, pearl valve caps, top sprung valves. Bach 7C cornet mouthpiece included. Original case shows outside wear but solid case structure and plush interior is intact, spring latches work well (but no key).The horn is in surprisingly good shape. All parts move smoothly and the horn plays well. No dents or repairs needed. It will provide clean classic cornet sound for Dixieland jazz, vintage cornet solos, brass band ensembles, or any other cornet parts. Great fun to play.I am selling since I no longer need it as I have retired from playing. U.S. ship destinations only.
