This C.G. Conn cornet looks great but needs restoration before being perfectly playable again. Everything on the instrument moves smoothly and can be disassembled. The valves shake a little bit, some tuning slides are a bit loose, and the rotor that changes the cornet from Bb to C is a bit loose too.The lacquer on the cornet is in surprisingly great shape and only has a couple of spots with missing lacquer. The cornet also plays surprisingly well for its condition All accessories pictured come with the cornet, also the cornet looks to be missing an extra tuning slide for the first valve.The cornet has a crack on the lead mouth-pipe (see pictures) and also needs all of its corks replaced. Also, the case laches don’t close properly except for the middle one.Overall a great instrument for C.G. Conn collectors and worth checking out!Serial number: #198289
