2006 Cordoba 45FCE Classical Guitar

Found in a storage unit - don"t need - here it is. I don't know much about this guitar, but it is in super nice condition. No repairs, no fret wear, nice wood, and the electronics are in fine working order (although I don't know about battery status - but it is currently OK). A couple teeny nicks and a couple miniscule wear marks but overall hardly played. A bit of lacquer hazing on back of peghead - don't know what from - almost looks like it came from the factory like that? I will detune a bit for shipping. Comes with a few extras I got with it - new stringset, capo, tuner. I've seen sales history on reverb for 5-700 but being in a Christmas spirit, I'm starting auction at a pretty fair price. No case.The factory specs. read maple binding but it has Rosewood binding w/ black/white purfling top and sides.
