Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list!*I'm listing several Bundy trumpets today. If you win more than one I am happy to combine shipping for you.This listing is for a Selmer Bundy Bb trumpet. The serial number is 888455, and below that is stamped "ML". I'm not exactly sure of its age. This instrument is being sold as is for parts or repair. It might well be playable as is, but it could undoubtedly benefit from a trip to the repair tech. I'll describe its defects to the best of my ability, but please understand that I am not an expert on this type of instrument (I'm a woodwind guy), so I might miss something. Also, check the pictures closely, and if in doubt, ask questions! There is a good amount of denting on this horn, including some difficult to access spots such as the "U" bend behind the bell, and the tube leading into the 1st valve. There are also numerous small dings/pings/nicks elsewhere. There are multiple resoldered joints (braces). The grip nub is missing from the 2nd valve slide. The tuning slides are all free. I was able to unscrew all of the upper and lower valve caps and remove the pistons. One of the lower valve caps is a mismatched replacement. The pistons all move freely and rebound properly when released. One of the pistons is clicking, so probably needs a new felt. The lacquer is well worn, and scratched/scuffed throughout. This is former school horn that has been retired by the district that owned it. As such, it has a school inventory marking hand etched on it.This horn comes in its original plastic shell case. The case is in fair condition. The interior is clean and odor free. There are pushed in bumpers, and cracks to the exterior shell. There is an inventory number written on the exterior of the case in white permanent marker.There is no mouthpiece, nor any other accessories included.Please feel free to message me with any questions!Thanks again for looking!MPSlot4-29
