I bought this 1998 Tomos Moped in September 2013 and utilized it to commute to and from work in Center City Philadelphia. Given that it is 49cc, it DOES NOT require a bike license! I am offering it since I now have a brand-new task that will need me to drive. The moped runs excellent! After this past winter, it launched instantly. The throttle is currently stuck open, but I have talked with a scooter repair service establishment in Philadelphia and they said that that is a simple fix. I was going to ask $650 for the moped, however since of this concern, and a broken blinker-cover, I reduced the expense by $100. The problem might either be repaired by a repair shop, or anyone knowledgable about scooters.
