I got these wheels a little used (1000-1500mi), the only trouble was they had a somewhat bent spoke. As a testament to Rolf's strong rim and combined spoke design, the wheel was still completely real, even with the bent talked. The owner didn't understand how the spoke got bent, so it resembles it was storage incident and not a mishap, as there's not signs of abuse on the rims. Other problems are a slight nick on the brake surface on the front rim (pictured) and a little bubbling on 2-3 of 12 decals. The freewheel is clean and does not have bite marks from the cassette which shows no difficult abuse from a clydesdale rider. Oh, I had the bent talked changed with a Bontrager bladed talked (since Rolf was a Trek business when these wheels were made) and the wheel was inspected for true-ness and was fine. I'm offering because I was going to put these wheels on a project bike, but the task fell with and I have actually just been saving them. I love Rolf Vector Comps though and have 2 pairs of the red colored ones. They have excellent bearings that coasts for life (even after thousands of miles), are bombproof, aero and still reasonably weighted (something like 1870g/pair?)
