Ultra uncommon find. This is not one of the brand-new Pier 1 pieces, it has been in my family for 3 generations. The metal work is exceptionally tight and the glass is sharply colored. Plique-a-jour is like cloisonne, however without the metal platform. It enables you to see through the bowl. Some of the precious jewelry products can cost thousands of dollars.
