Edwards B454-DE Bass Trombone - dependent axial valves - dual bore, standard weight slide - screw bell.Late 90's, or very early 2000's based on the previous owner (I believe I'm third.) The valves have a bit of wear under their belt, but this horn is a real player! I ended up getting a somewhat smaller horn, because I'm primarily a tubist, and my only steady bass bone gig is big band. This horn worked for that, but it really belongs somewhere playing big rep, in a big group, and hopefully someone else can use it that way! I'll make sure to include extra lead pipes as well. I think this horn will be a really great find for the player who wants to create an absolutely massive, dark bass tone at the bottom of a section. Seriously, this horn turns heads. Included is a nearly new Marcus Donna screw bell case I purchased from Dillon Music(nearly $600 new). I have to say, I'll miss being able to carry around a viola sized beast of a Bass Bone! Horn has been professionally cleaned, and spruced up, and hasn't been played since. This thing has put a huge grin on everyone who's played it.
