Barger Mfg. Co Inc. Denver Colorado. It measures about 7 1/4 in. by 5 and 1/8 inch. It appears to be made of pine . It has dings on it from storage or from a new drummer not quite hitting the correct area. It also has some staining on the back which I tried to picture. The aspiring drummer also put some stickers on the front and back of the unit of fish which must of been something he liked. His name is printed on the back which I covered for this listing.
