This darling little one-of-a-kind painting depicts a tree in the yard next to the side of either a brown barn or old house with a couple of sacks full of "food" in the grass by the building. It measures 7" across by 5" in height, it is hand-signed "Bea Johnston" in the paint in the lower right-hand corner of the painting. This cute little painting is in very good condition, especially for the age, which I guess to be about 30 years old. See photos for details. From a smoke-free environment, one owner. Items which qualify as Media Mail will be sent as such and items that weigh less than 16 ounces packed will go First Class; otherwise, I will send the item by the least expensive option - FedEx, USPS Priority or UPS. My price quote is an average of the cost to ship to Seattle or New York and the cost to another city in Texas or a neighboring state (all shipping services charge based on distance, in addition to package size).I do not charge handling fees or for packing and shipping materials that I use. They are usually recycled materials, in the interest of saving our planet, but they are clean, and I pack my items well. On fragile items, I usually insure them - except when the price is less than $50, and the shipping service includes that coverage (USPS Priority and FedEx both do). Shipping costs have gone up, and even though I pay eBay fees on shipping, I still charge the estimated calculator's price for eBay discounted shipping. I often lose money on shipping but on the rare occasion that the shipping cost paid is substantially more than the actual cost, I will refund that difference to the buyer.
