American Black Walnut.The Tenor drum sings two notes, C and E flat. The Tenor drum measures approximately 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 40".The time-tested and performance proven construction and assembly techniques used in building Ron Vaughn Log Drums are similar to those of fine violins, cellos, and other professionally made, highest quality natural wood instruments. No screws or mechanical fasteners are used. All joining surfaces are 'acoustic' assemblies built to transfer sound smoothly and evenly without mechanical interference.All Ron Vaughn percussion instruments are 100% built by Ron Vaughn Percussion exclusively in the U.S.A.
