Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list!This listing is for a lot of 3 Selmer Bundy Bb trumpets. These instruments are being sold as is for parts or repair. These are former school horns that have been retired by the district that owned them. As such, they have school ID markings hand etched on the bells, and written on the cases. These might well be playable as is, but could undoubtedly benefit from a trip to the repair tech. I'll describe their defects to the best of my ability, but please understand that I am not an expert on this type of instrument (I'm a woodwind guy), so I might miss something. Also, check the pictures closely, and if in doubt, ask questions! #1 (389431) There are no significant dents, but there are numerous small dings/pings/nicks throughout. There are multiple resoldered joints. Mostly braces, and the grip nub on the 2nd valve slide. The tuning slides are all free. I was able to unscrew all of the upper and lower valve caps and remove the pistons. The pistons all move freely and rebound properly when released. The lacquer is well worn, and scratched/scuffed throughout. The case is in fair condition. The interior is clean and odor free, but there is loose felt. There are cracks to the exterior shell, some of which are covered over with tape.#2 - (763524) There are no significant dents, but there are numerous small dings/pings/nicks throughout. The rim of the bell is ever so slightly wavy. There are two resoldered braces. The tuning slides are all free. The lyre mount is missing from the third valve slide. I was able to unscrew all of the upper and lower valve caps and remove the pistons. The pistons all move freely and rebound properly when released. The lacquer is well worn, and scratched/scuffed throughout. The case is in decent condition. The interior is clean and odor free, with minimal wear. There are a couple of pushed in bumpers on the exterior, but other than that the outer shell is good.#3 (4994548) There are no significant dents, but there are numerous small dings/pings/nicks throughout. The rim of the bell is ever so slightly wavy. There are multiple resoldered joints, including two braces, and the lead pipe. These repairs were done well though, so they aren't too noticeable. The tuning slides are all free. I was able to unscrew all of the upper and lower valve caps and remove the pistons. The pistons all move freely and rebound properly when released. One of them sounds 'clicky' though, so it probably needs a new felt. The lacquer is well worn, and scratched/scuffed throughout. The case is in decent condition. The interior is clean and odor free, with minimal wear. There is no damage to the outer shell.
