After installing new steings, this guitar sounds amazing…I may not relist……Offered for sale is a 2003 Cervantes Concert Millenia classical guitar in very good condition. 650mm scale Raised fingerboard for ease of accessing the higher fretsSolid Cedar topSolid Indian rosewood back and sidesLattice bracing for extra power, dynamic range and stability of the topArched-top hard case in excellent conditionThis is a solid mid-level concert instrument that would make a great instrument for an advancing student or a backup for a professional player. Alejandro Cervantes has a stellar reputation for producing guitars that are an excellent value. This guitar has many features found on today’s “modern” concert guitar.I would describe the sound as having strong projection with a signature cedar-top warmness. The raised fingerboard makes this superbly playable.I am the second owner of this guitar. There are a few superficial marks from typical use. Most notable is a string burn by the bridge under the first string that was present when I bought the guitar - note this should never happen if you take care to melt a tiny ball at the end of the treble strings.The previous owner, who lives in super dry Utah, had a minor crack cleated by the Cervantes workshop. They did a perfect job, it’s undetectable and stable. Most players would never detect this repair but I believe in full disclosure. I have discounted this instrument because of this but let me again stress this is not an issue for durability, sound or playability. You will be pleasantly surprised about the condition, looks and sound of this guitar! The guitar has a new set of D’Addario Titanium strings. Shipping - the cost listed is an estimate from 77079. I will refund the difference if the cost is lower than my estimate. I typically use Fedex ground and will insure the instrument. It will require a signature. Fedex gives you the option of changing the delivery whilst in transit to one of their retail stores which can be handy if you fear it being left outside or you are hiding it from your spouse (just kidding!).
