Up for auction is an original 1961 Gibson Eb0 bass project. This bass is basically just a husk. There are a couple of parts included such as the backplate, tuner bushings, and strap button. The bass has been stripped and refinished long ago in a red. It has since been mostly stripped again to what you see now. The good news is that all the wood is still there and not broken. The inlaid Gibson logo is still in good condition as well as the frets and the beautiful big Brazilian rosewood fretboard. The serial number is still visible just much harder to photograph. It is 19969. It is a great candidate for restoration as these early ebo’s are really well built and easy playing bass guitars. Will pack well, but no case is included. Please message me with any questions. Thanks Shipping shows $100 but I will refund any difference. Relisted due to cancelled order from previous buyer.
