Beautifuloriginal watercolor marked "Montmartre"—a lovely presentation of aMontmartre Paris street scene by French artist Fernand Guignier (1902-1972) signedby the artist and dated 1955. The works of Guignier have been exhibited innearly every major gallery in Paris since 1926. The piece has been newly framed, mounted and matted under glass in a modernbronze metal frame which complements the art work. (The original mat and frame were in extremelypoor condition, so I had it professionally framed). The image measures approximately 8 inches by11 inches. The frame measures 15.5 inchesby 18.25 inches.
