Conn 8D Elkhart French Horn in pristine condition

This is a BEAUTIFUL 900,000 (pre-letter) series Elkhart. It is in EXCEPTIONAL condition, and plays amazingly. Elkhart era 8Ds in this condition are a real rarity. All original, including the case (which is in “pretty good” condition). It has just recently been ultrasonically cleaned. The valves and slides are excellent. This series has the original old style mechanical thumb linkage. There are some very small dings in the flare. But no serious dents or evidence of any previous dent repair. The lacquer is beautiful.
