MADE IN USA . FITS 16" DRUM HEADS AND LUDWIG SHELLS FINE . CLEAN, POLISHED CHROME . PLEASE NOTE SOME SCRATCHES , MARKS , LIGHT PITTING ON THE CHROME . NORMAL USE AND WEAR . IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR THEIR AGE . FULLY FUNCTIONAL PARTS . STAMP TAIWAN ON BOTH RIMS . Last picture .
