This is a rare and exquisite Tiffany & Co. wristwatch with a stunning 18K 39mm solid yellow gold case. The timepiece features a highly sought-after unmodified Zenith Cal. 3019 PHF “El Primero” automatic movement, with a variety of impressive features such as a moon phase indicator and a triple calendar. Lug width is 20mm. These Tiffany watches were made by designer Oscar Waldan in the 1980’s/90’s for Tiffany with no more than 100 pcs produced. Waldan had purchased and owned Zenith movements when they went bankrupt during the Swiss quartz crisis and used them to make highly sought after watches for multiple brands.The watch has a sophisticated white dial with Arabic numerals. It is water-resistant and has a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The case has some strong oxidation to the correctors and pushers sides of the case. I am told this can be removed although I haven’t removed it as I haven’t polished the case. The case back does have faint engravings still showing “40” “love sally”, most likely from the original owner.
