Thank you for viewing our listing! Up for your consideration is this antique early 20thC signed American oil painting. The painting features a scenic lake scene with a sailboat on the water. The painting is signed in the lower R corner “J. M. Hathaway” I believe Jessie May Hathaway (1877-1958) who was a California artist. As you can see from the photos there are a few scratches in the paint with other very small spots where paint is missing, could also use a light cleaning. Paired with its original frame which does have some wear around the edges. Nice package ready to restore or hang as is.
