Vintage Elkhorn By Getzen Single French Horn With Case

I can't find a serial number so I don't know how old this horn is, but my guess is... Old! It has plenty of patina, wear and tear as well as some dents to speak of. All of the slides move in and out, but slowly. One of the valves is stuck. It's the one I'm pointing to, not sure if that's the first or the third valve, I don't guess it makes any difference, it's going to need to Go into the shop before this is playable. It comes with an additional pipe that can be changed out, why is that? Does that change the key? The case is a Conn and in places it is helped together with electric tape. Does not come with a mouthpiece.
