1960's Kingston MIJ hollowbody. Totally refurbished and plays and sounds awesome! It's a 60 year old gear and has numerous small scrapes and scratches. The finish has become checked and cracked over the years which I think looks super cool. Please check all photos carefully. I replaced the old pickguard with a brand new custom made pickguard; shimmed the neck to the correct angle; replaced the spring in tremolo arm so it has correct tension; cleaned switches pots and all electronics; oiled the fretboard; replaced the bridge with a roller-style vintage bridge; adjusted truss rod and set the action (low) and set the intonation. Both pickups work great and sound awesome either alone or in combination. The neck is really thick and feels great. The action is really low, and the guitar is short scale, so it's great for smaller hands (like mine) as it's really easy to play barre chords. There is one noticeable dent/crack in the bottom of the guitar, on the back. please check pics. It doesn't affect the guitar in any way but it is noticeable. The guitar has a cool twangy sound but with the thickness and warmth you would expect from a hollow body. The tremolo works pretty well. With light use it's fine but with very heavy use the guitar will go out of tune a bit. So it's better used subtly. Any Q's please ask! Guitar will be well packed for shipping and insured.
