This exceptional Olds Ambassador cornet dates, by the serial number, 1972 and is in fine original condition. Valves and slides are in great working condition. That there be no surprises for the prospective buyer, seller opts to list the very minor imperfections. he original Olds 7C mouthpiece shows some scaring. Very light, far less than expected, lacquer wear is found Three quite small ping dents are seen on the tubing. The leather bound case has a few "bumps".Valves and slides are in excellent working condition. A container of tuning slide and cork grease as well as a partial vial of valve oil accompanies the horn. The original lyre is found but it does need a little brass polishing.The horn produces a rich tone. This fine vintage cornet is offered without reserve. USPS Ground Advantage, 11 lb., rate by zone.
