I would recommend you get it restrung and set up according to how you like it. This powerful sound is a true classical instrument. Once a choice of Andres Segovia.The thing that sets this apart from any other like it? Is it has been played and has not sat in obscurity which is the death of the tone of a great guitar.I was told by my tech that it is made of those rare woods used by the master guitar builders at that time which people have informed me not to speak of due to some internet ruling. This beauty has had a crack or two but they were expertly repaired before i obtained it.Listen to the audio file and you will hear the amazing tone! Crisp and brilliant highs and deeply and full bass with profoundly resonating lows maintaining super clarity. I am convinced this guitar’s sweet tone was enhanced by age and mostly by it having been played.
