What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good conditionsome minor paint loose and crackling, minor nicks, dings, chips, scratches ad as always could use a light cleaning. The frame also in good condition but has minor nicks, chips, dings, scratches paint loss and needs a good cleaning as well.
